Red wine vinegar is a panacea with ancient origins, good for the body as well as the palate. It is one of the most widespread and consumed vinegars in Italy and other European countries where grapes are historically grown and wine is produced.

Vinegar is obtained precisely from the fermentation of wine thanks to which, in the presence of air, oxidize the ethanol contained in the wine, and transform it into acetic acid.
