The artisan, for the discerning palates, recalls the authentic flavors typical of our local cuisine.

The Ancient Sicilian Grains used in the production of our artisanal pasta are rich in fiber, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

Taken from the core of the grain, this pasta retains all the integral qualities and properties (bran, endosperm and germ).

organic pasta

Organic pasta comes from the processing of wheat and in particular of semolina, its innermost and refined part.

In addition to coming from crops that avoid the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and other non-organic additives, it undergoes a manufacturing process that involves drying at low temperatures (no more than 50°C) and long times (up to 48 hours). In this way, not only the nutrients of the cereal are maintained, but also all the organoleptic characteristics of the original grain.
